Matthew presents Jesus Christ as the Jesus as the Meshiach Nagid, the Messiah the King, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. It was written by a Jew, to Jews, about a Jew. This book of the Bible uses more Old Testament quotes than any other. The Gospel of Matthew emphasizes the saying of Jesus, including ten parables not found in any other Gospel. After first establishing the royal genealogy, he then goes on to focus on the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies.

Ron Matsen

With over 30 years in the pastoral ministry, Ron has taught verse-by verse through the Bible many times, hosted a live two-hour TV programme broadcast across Europe for more than two years, and taught extensively on the subjects of evangelism, leadership, and end-times topics. Although Ron and his wife are native Californians, they moved to England in 1992 and in 2011 immigrated to New Zealand where they partnered with Chuck Missler at the ministry base, The River Lodge. Ron is currently the President of Koinonia House and Koinonia Institute.

Thank you so very much!

Thank you so very much! I am somewhat alone & I don't have alot of access to people to do Bible study with. KHouse is a God send. I have been reading 1-2 chapters at a time, first in KJV & then CEB. I then go through Pastor Ron's comprehensive study of what I just read. After that I follow it up with Chuck's expositional study of the same chapters.
With the guidance of the holy spirit, I am learning so much. Far more important than gaining intellectual knowledge, this learning is drawing me much closer to my Lord.
I just wanted to say thank you & ask if there are any other in depth studies of other books of the Bible by Pastor Ron?
