International Mail Service Suspensions

The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain services and destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.

Orders from the U.S. are shipping to New Zealand and Australia, but the postal service is suspending Priority Mail Express International Guarantee, as there may be delays.

This is outside of our control. Please refrain from mailing items addressed to the countries listed in the following link, until further notice.

For New Zealand and Australia, you can still order Digital Downloads, or alternatively, order physical products from our New Zealand store. However, keep in mind that orders shipped to Australia from New Zealand can still take 5 weeks or more once entering Australia.

Delayed Shipping

We have had reports that deliveries within Australia may take in excess of 5 weeks to deliver, upon entering the country.
